Sessions are conducted via video call or in person at our Amsterdam location on Lange Niezel 14. You choose the format that works best for you, and we accommodate your schedule wherever possible.
Most clients work with us for three to six months, though many continue longer. Our programs are billed monthly with no long-term commitment required, so you can adjust as your needs evolve.
Our coaching is suitable for adults who want to develop a more conscious, balanced relationship with food. It is not a substitute for clinical nutrition guidance or medical advice. If you have specific health concerns, we will discuss the right approach during your discovery call.
Absolutely. We encourage you to reassess as you grow. You can upgrade, downgrade, or pause your program at any time with notice. We want your coaching experience to reflect where you are right now.
You can cancel your program at any time before the next billing cycle with no penalty. For individual session changes, we ask for at least 24 hours notice. Please see our Return Policy for full details.
